Pest Control

Our comprehensive pest control targets spiders, ants, cockroaches, and more. We use eco-friendly treatments safe for families and pets. Our process includes property inspections, customized treatment plans, and follow-up visits. With 38 years of Arizona experience, we create protective barriers against desert pests like scorpions and heat-driven infestations. Services include monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly options with 30-60 day warranties.

Termite Control

Specialized termite control protects properties from structural damage. We use Termidor treatments, dry foam applications, and bait stations. Our process includes interior/exterior inspections, trenching, and foaming techniques. We offer pre-purchase inspections and ongoing monitoring. With Arizona's dry climate challenges, our 38-year expertise ensures deep-infestation treatment while minimizing structural impact through advanced methods.

Rodent Control

Effective rodent control eliminates mice, rats, and squirrels through traps, baiting, and exclusion. Our process includes property inspections for entry points, customized treatment plans, and preventive sealing. We address health risks from diseases like hantavirus while ensuring pet-safe treatments. Follow-up monitoring prevents re-infestation, with emergency services available for severe infestations threatening property integrity.

Scorpion Control

Targeted scorpion control uses 'Black-Out' treatments combining insecticides and exclusion tactics. We inspect outdoor hiding spots, apply perimeter treatments, and seal entry points. Our Arizona-specific approach addresses seasonal activity peaks, using residual treatments on vegetation and foundations. Includes customer education on prevention techniques like sealing gaps and reducing moisture sources attracting these desert pests.

Mosquito Control

Mosquito control creates protective barriers through misting systems and liquid treatments. We target breeding sites, apply barrier sprays to vegetation, and install automated misting systems. Monthly maintenance includes refills and system checks. Our Arizona-specific approach addresses summer breeding cycles, using EPA-registered solutions that protect against disease-carrying mosquitoes while ensuring safety for outdoor spaces.

Treated for termites 2018. I was told we were under a 5 year warranty. Due to several mud tunnels and termite evidence inside the house. (bedrooms and family room) We've had Atomic come out several times for "spot" treatment over the last year. We've asked to have the house retreated several times. The answer was no. They will ONLY spot treat. They've been contacted twice during December and refuse to keep warranty. They will only come and spot treat. They are also difficult to get on the schedule, without having to wait a week or two. Now, it is January and our bedroom
