The furnace at my residence failed and the temperature fell to 62 degrees. I called for service. At about 9 30 AM. The office staff was most efficient and advised they would arrange to have a technician come over for assistance. Within an hour, they called back to advise a technician was enrolled. The technician found the problem and advised that a gas valve failed and needed replacement. He advised that he had the part in his truck and told me up-front what the repair would cost. I authorized the repair and my furnace was working within 45 an hour. Everyone from the office staff to the technician

Great experience from start to finish! Salesman was professional, and not trying to upsell products not needed; installers were on time, quick and friendly, and did a great job protecting our house from getting dirty, and cleaned up after they were done. Everything was verified that it was working before they left!
