They are awesome. We've been homeless 5 years and didn't see much hope for getting a place. God opened up the door for us and it happens rather quickly. 6 managers in 5 yrs, they have been trying to ripp tenants off by claiming they didn't pay prior rent ,(tenants have receipts tho") they threaten them with evictions, visionary"" can't run their own business apparently/ not so very visionary" in my vision.

Lot of inconsistencies in management have had five landlords lots of money missing from tenats here especially the african American community lots of broken security gates lack of privacy within in management its a huge mess here
