I was a ten-year-old boy holding a flashlight for my Dad while he worked on an air conditioner for a customer. His name was Duncan Goodrich. He didn't talk much. But there's a certain kind of magic that happens when a son holds a flashlight for his father. I held it steady and quiet and Dad talked to me while he worked.
Born in the Southwest and quickly growing to provide Goettlized home environments throughout the nation. No hard sell on repair work. Always explains work needed and rates it as urgent, helpful, or nice to have and the consequences of skipping the work. Has clear pictures to show issues. When I did decided to get a new unit they clearly laid out all the options and gave easy bullet points of the differences between the units.
