I was on the verge on buying new carpet. Ive had the same carpet for 15 years. I have kitties and a kiddo. It was definitely worn out, but thought I would try a professional carpet cleaning service before I take the leap and buy new flooring. I talked to Chris and about the needs and he came up with a plan. He came out and did some pretreatment on some pet stains and then came out the next day and cleaned the carpets. He got some old stains out of the carpet and brought life back to my 15 year old carpet. It really looks so good. He was kind and professional. I am beyond thrilled with the service

Chris and Phil did a fabulous job on our carpet! It looks and smells like new, which is impressive due to the fact that we have 3 small dogs that have occasional "accidents".
