I kind of had the part narrowed down that I need for my boiler. I called late in the day and Bill was able to come out later in the afternoon. Bill was extremely friendly and polite. He did some diagnostic on the boiler and he explained every step and procedure. He told me he would check and see if he could get the part the following day. By 9:00 am Bill gave me call and he had the part with a rough estimate on the cost of his visit and asked for me to let him know when I would be home. I called when when I got home. Less than 30 minutes he was here. He replaced the circuit board and ran some cycles

We used the services of Hays Plumbing & Heating initially to replace our swamp cooler that was not functioning the week the temperature reached 107 degrees! Bill Hays was quickly responsive to our call; advised us of alternatives, giving us the benefits of his many years of experience but allowing us the time to research his advice. He was knowledgeable, clear, timely, professional, and did quality work at a fair price. We were so pleased with the results that we called Hays Plumbing & Heating again a few weeks later when our water heater blew out, leaking 55 gallons of water everywhere in our
