Area plumbers are running into frozen pipes, typically in poorly insulated homes. To help curb the issues, experts suggest keeping your cabinet under the sink open, leaving a small drip on the faucet, and keeping your thermostat set to around 70 degrees, even though it may raise your energy bill.

I kind of had the part narrowed down that I need for my boiler. I called late in the day and Bill was able to come out later in the afternoon. Bill was extremely friendly and polite. He did some diagnostic on the boiler and he explained every step and procedure. He told me he would check and see if he could get the part the following day. By 9:00 am Bill gave me call and he had the part with a rough estimate on the cost of his visit and asked for me to let him know when I would be home. I called when when I got home. Less than 30 minutes he was here. He replaced the circuit board and ran some cycles

We used the services of Hays Plumbing & Heating initially to replace our swamp cooler that was not functioning the week the temperature reached 107 degrees!

Contacted Hays Plumbing because of other positive reviews and I wanted to support local business. Fortunately for me, Bill was flexible and able to come by the same day to take a look at a leak in the downstream line from my hot water recirculating pump. After a brief consultation on possible fixes and the more important status of my aged hot water storage tank, I had Bill replace the hot water tank and the recirculating pump.
Bill is professional and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated his conversation, willingness to share his knowledge and his skills as a plumber. I was treated with respect

Very unprofessional! I called to setup an appointment for dishwasher repair for a tenant and he was having a hard time hearing me for some reason, I was very sweet and patiently repeating what I needed but he got so frustrated he couldn't hear me he snapped he wasn't going to do this job and hung up on me. Still a little shocked at how rude he was.
