My wife and I searched for home remodeling contractors near Cupertino and found this company. Our first impression of them was their urgent customer service and beautifully showcased projects in their online portfolios. We were blown away. So we scheduled an in house design consultation, where we met with Avi, the owner. He was well spoken and extremely knowledgeable on room additions. He gave us a few different options, explaining the pros and cons associated with each option. We went for the more expensive option because it suited our needs the best. It never felt forced on us. We did a garage conversion into a bedroom with Bay Remodeling Kitchen & Bath. Avi the owner/ project manager came out. He was on time. We had a lot of questions and he was very patient with us. He took measurements. And he went on his tablet and showed us a few options for garage conversions. He was very present and knowledgeable. Made me feel we will be taken care of. Throughout the project the Bay Remodeling team is fantastic! I Am impressed by their communication and prompt response every time I have questions. And most of all their honesty of what needed to be done. Overall they kept a good

Also, during the build, the team was in constant contact with us to receive our feedback on the progress of the project. They stuck to their timeline, and when it was complete they left
