Edible Gardens
We design and install edible gardens that combine fruits, vegetables, and herbs for sustainable homegrown food production. Our approach integrates soil health, water conservation, and pollinator-friendly plants to create low-maintenance, productive spaces. Clients receive tailored plans that maximize yield while enhancing ecological balance.
Permaculture Design
Our permaculture designs mimic natural ecosystems to create self-sustaining landscapes. We assess soil, climate, and client goals to develop regenerative systems that include food production, erosion control, and biodiversity. This service ensures long-term environmental and aesthetic benefits through thoughtful, science-based planning.
Native Pollinator Gardens
We cultivate native pollinator gardens that attract bees, butterflies, and birds while supporting local biodiversity. These gardens use regionally adapted plants to ensure resilience and low maintenance. Clients benefit from enhanced ecosystem services like natural pest control and improved plant pollination for surrounding landscapes.
Soil Regeneration
Our soil regeneration services restore degraded land through organic amendments, composting, and erosion control techniques. We focus on building nutrient-rich, water-retentive soil to support healthy plant growth without synthetic inputs. This process improves long-term landscape productivity and environmental sustainability.

We hired Gardens of Eatin' to turn our driveway into a patio and garden and they did not disappoint. Their vision of what the space could be was more than I could've imagined and we are so thrilled with how it turned out.

My daughter and I were so happy to have picked Gardens of Eatin landscaping with Vanya and her excellent crew, to create our special meditation garden. It just glows with peace and serenity, with flowers and herbs to attract birds butterflies and bees. Her wonderful crew took special care with each plant and stone placement, that I know a lot of love went into it. Thank you so much so much for your wonderful energy and my beautiful garden.

Gardens of Eatin has treated me and my property very well over the years. They designed a useful edible landscape using natives and pollinators at the beginning. It has been installed in a phased timeline that is sensitive to my budget. It's been installed over the years and seasons. They have been great with maintenence as needed when I am unable. I hope more people go with enviromentaly minded small buisnesses like this one. Big thank you to the team.

Very versatile business. Anna and her team were able to start my family on our journey to growing food. As well as a native/pollinator ornamental install for curb appeal in the front. They designed and installed edible gardens and a small orchard. They also taught us how to tend it ourselves, freely giving knowledge on self sufficiency. Also teaching us all about maintaining our ornamental installs. Thankful for GOE!

After seeing their work at my daughter in laws house, I was so impressed, we hired her for consulting. We already had some food growing and some ornamentals. She was able to tell us how to better manage and expand with a 2hr consulting session. I walked away feeling confident in both food and flowers. Looking forward to working with Anna more.
