Jillian was so nice... until we signed the contract and put money down. She badmouthed us to our realtor. She threw a fit when we had a building inspector come, which I find really strange! He said the house was well built but there were about 20 other things that needed to be fixed. We also got the radon tested and it was really high, which isnt their fault but Im guessing they knew and didnt care to disclose that. The paint job was awful! Helen Keller could have done better. One baseboard was completely rough and unfinished with fairly large splinters of wood. They just painted over

Our house isnt complete yet but so far it has been a great experience. Really enjoy our agent and even with delays across the board for all construction I feel like they are working to get things done.

Bought a spec home from them during the construction process. We didnt get to change anything to the home but overall it worked out well. They did a good job choosing the layout, design, and colors. I work in the industry and am familiar with the processes. We were really frustrated with the grade when we moved in (so were all of our neighbors). We had a lot of flooding issues and met with a few people from Fieldstone but nothing was ever done. Overall have enjoyed our home and the quality.

I closed in my home in Highland Park 6/30. Fieldstone was paid in full. Still waiting for my fence to be installed on 9/8, after being promised that it would get started last week and then again this week. Initially I was told that they like to do several fences at once and Id have to wait for other homes in my neighborhood to be ready for fencing-ridiculous since you received full payment. Construction manager wont return calls or emails promptly and the realtor for fieldstone is sporadic in his response typically directing me back to the construction manager. To be honest our whole process
