Nobody came to deliver the fuel I ordered so I call when I am about to run out of fuel and they are very rude to me on the phone and I am not even assured that someone will be here before i run out of fuel in the middle of winter.

My AC died last week - and I forgot to call them until about 5:15 on Friday. Early Monday morning Dave, their air conditioning guy, called - he could come by late afternoon to check out the problem and see if it was a quick fix. He did, and it wasn't. He came back TODAY - remember, this is the SECOND BUSINESS DAY after I called in the problem, and we're in the middle of a 90+ degree heat wave in VERMONT. I'd been expecting to not even see anyone for a week, since I'm sure they're swamped with service calls! He found the issue, ran a new cable from compressor to fan unit (which is located in my

All I have to say is I love this company. Very professional, worked all day, and went above and beyond in helping me work with National Grid. National Grid, however, is another story, but I digress. Would definitely recommend Champlain Valley for your electrical (or other) needs.

Have worked with Champlain Valley Plumbing and Heating for many years for furnace, heat pump and plumbing repairs and have always done a good job....and I can be a difficult customer, asking a ton of questions! They just replaced my furnace and installed a new water tank and did an outstanding job. Dave Whitcomb and his team are the best! Honest and efficient! I recommend them highly.
