Made choosing floor covering for home so easy. They really know their products and take the time to listen. Even hauled out carpet samples to show us what color area rugs would work with color tone of hardwood flooring we wanted to buy.

The carpet was ordered 12x 12 came in 2 inches short, so left a gap at the door. They came out with a piece of molding that matched the pine floor and looks great with the carpet. A great job again. In the end they always come through.

Sales people were always willing to help, but never seemed to know what do they actually had. I assume it is because they so many samples and not the best organized and because they encourage you to take samples home (the only one they have a lot of the time) you never really get to see all the options. Not sure how many they get back. Lots of what appeared to missing sample boards, maybe a day or two, maybe forever.
