Do not call this company. They have a drop down menu for Kenmore. 8 hours later after emailing me an appointment day they call and tell us they don't service Kenmore. We had to submit model and serial to get appointment. Really??? What a waste of my time and theirs! Will never call them again. I could have scheduled someone else! Thanks a lot jerks!

Having purchased an extended warranty for our Jenn-air dishwasher, we have been badly treated by this company which has an albuquerque office. First, it took a number of days to get a service technician out to look at the dishwasher, which was no longer draining (and even here the office had confused the original date for the service that we had been told). Of course, the technician told us when he did show up that our dishwasher required a part, which he nor the abq office had on hand, and that it would need to be ordered and a follow up visit scheduled. Second, we were not notified when the part
