Great experience! From the 1st moment I talked to Edward, I knew I was in good hands. Service was prompt, courteous and they do their best. The technician was very knowledgeable. Pricing was fair. They even discounted the initial quote because some parts were in good shape upon lookin during visit. Highly recommended for ALL your appliance needs! 5 stars!!

"K" is the best technician ever. We have had him repair appliances for us and he really knows the appliances. He is efficient and doesn't waste time getting to the problem and handling it.
