Ellerbroeck. We were honored to be chosen by the new owners of the residence to delicately restore and furnish this architecturally significant and important home in Southern California.

Original watercolor by California Artist, Bernice Riley, 1998. Signed and framed by the artist, titled Rio San Luis Rey/Spring Flood. Mrs. Riley was a listed artist and had many exhibitions in Southern California. Her original art and paintings are beautiful representations of her life and travels in Orange County, CA, the Southwest and Mexico.
