Nothing like my elderly mother waking up to filth and safety hazards after they increased her rent. How is she supposed to throw away her trash? let alone other tenants parking near this dump. Parkin is already limited since they refuse to assign spots, now trash is hiding 2 parking spots.

The nastiest management you will come across in the real estate industry. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. They will steal it from you in the end no matter how clean you leave the apartment. DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

They are thieves!! They will keep your deposit even after living there for more than three years!! Dealing with the authorities now to resolve it.
Edited as per the owners response below:
The appartment was left in excellent conditions cosidering living there for more then 3 years. All these "damages" are lies, period. Just a way to justify yourself from stealing my deposit which you will pay for it in anyway possible!! I maintained that appartment better then you maintain your home. And I gave two weeks notice not 4 days. Lies, lies, lies...
AVOID THESE THIEVES IN ANY COST!
