911 Appliance Services did repair our refrigerator / freezer. At the end of the day the unit works, but it was way too much of a hassle, way too expensive, and a huge waste of food. Without any hint of responsibility from anyone I spoke to at the company, I won't be using this company again and I suggest you find someone else as well. Full Story:

Paul was great. He was still super friendly and knowledgeable even though he didn't get to my house until late and was still going to make one more call after leaving around 7:30 pm on a Saturday! Costs in general are steep after Covid so I can't comment about that. I debated if I was willing to shell out so much money for a recharge for my AC, but my house is cool now so I guess it was worth it. The willingness to come out last minute and late with a smile was well worth it.

Not the WORST experience, but also not the best either. I woke up yesterday and I wasn't getting hot water and the pilot light for my water heater didn't kick on as it usually does after using up the hot water. So I'm a little desperate bc I want hot water. This company was sort of the first to pop up so I chose them. Very responsive via Yelp messaging, scheduled an appt for the same day. The tech arrived within the scheduled window, but here's where the customer experience went south. He pressed the igniter on the water heater about 10 times and proceeds to quote me on
