Because the owners are a young family who like to entertain informally, the main floor is mostly one large living/dinning/cooking area finished in simple materials, such as stained concrete floors and a sealed concrete kitchen counter. There are four bedrooms and 2 baths. The judges particularly liked the home's rear glass faade, and found the main floor's open space very pleasing.
