Turnaround Management
Timely execution of complex facility turnarounds. Our team minimizes downtime through meticulous planning and execution of cat change support, nozzle revisions, and equipment testing. Safety-certified crews ensure rapid return to operation while maintaining compliance with API and AWS standards.
Exchanger Fabrication
End-to-end shell and tube exchanger services including design, fabrication, and repair. Capabilities span vertical/horizontal boring, CNC machining, and orbital welding. Our 120,000 sq. ft. facility produces 1,000,000 diameter inches annually, supporting ASME-coded vessel modifications and new pressure vessel fabrication.
Non-Destructive Testing
Advanced NDE solutions including ultrasonic, radiographic, and magnetic particle testing. Certified inspectors perform API 510/570 vessel inspections and AWS weld evaluations. Mobile heat treating units support line thaws and post-weld heat treatment for critical process piping systems.
Structural Steel Fabrication

Echo Maintenance is awesome contactor!I know the family that got them started.after the flood of 2015 they sent a Bobcat to mine and my mother's house to help clean up!!my Cousin Jimmy Smith is a manager for them as well.very professional company and they will keep you working.they hire skilled craftsmen of all trades.i would love to work for them one day.if you are looking for work or you need a contractor for the Petro-Chemical industry give them a call,you won't be disappointed

I have worked for echo many times and I have made a pretty good name for my self. I have made quite a bit of money throughout the years and hopefully soon I can go back to work for them again.
