Prior to owning Lee's, Mike was the owner of Integrated Power Solutions, LLC for two years and the Chief Operating Officer of PowerPlus Electric for two years. Farrell is an 11-year Navy veteran. He has an extensive operations and financial management background including owning and operating a successful insurance and financial planning firm for 11 years and 11 years experience as a Naval Officer and F-14 Radar Intercept Officer.
