He has worked at Middendorf and Reuss since 1990, became a partner in 1998 and took over sole ownership in 2018 with the retirement of his father.
Mike resides in Waterloo, IL with his wife, Ellen, a hospice physician, and their twins, Josh and Riley. Mike's vision for the company encompasses quality construction, prompt customer service and complete construction management.
