Lawn Care

Our comprehensive lawn care program includes 10 seasonal applications targeting weed control, fertilization, and disease prevention. Using specialized treatments tailored to Virginia's climate, we ensure thick, healthy turf through precise aeration, seeding, and soil amendments. Our technicians apply lime and pre-emergent treatments to maintain optimal pH levels and prevent crabgrass infestation while monitoring for pests and diseases throughout the growing season.

Shoreline Solutions

We specialize in durable shoreline stabilization using riprap, gabions, and boulder seawalls. Our experts install heavy-duty geotextile fabric beneath granite or mountain stone to prevent erosion while creating functional waterfront access. Projects include beach installations, retaining wall reinforcement, and permit-compliant shoreline restoration that maintains natural aesthetics while protecting property.

Hardscaping

Our hardscaping services transform outdoor spaces with patios, walkways, and retaining walls using natural stone, pavers, and concrete. We construct durable, visually appealing features like fire pits, steps, and seating areas that complement existing landscapes. Projects integrate seamlessly with softscaping elements for cohesive, functional outdoor environments.

Landscape Design

We create customized landscape designs ranging from planting beds to full-property transformations. Our process includes site analysis, 3D visualization, and material selection to ensure functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces. Design packages accommodate various budgets while maintaining ecological balance and long-term maintenance considerations.

Soil Testing

Our soil testing service identifies pH levels, phosphorus content, and cation exchange capacity to optimize lawn health. Using Virginia Tech laboratory analysis, we develop targeted correction plans including lime applications and organic matter amendments. This scientific approach ensures proper nutrient availability and improves fertilizer efficiency for healthier turf growth.

Chaz and team crushed it at my house in Mineral last week. It's difficult at times to get folks to respond - but Chaz and team did - and really did a great job diverting the water around my house, installing new beach sand, trimming shrubbery and laying down new mulch. House looks really great and I will 100% retain their services again soon!!!

Chaz and his team did a major landscaping project on the water side of our house on Lake Anna. Rip rap along the shoreline, steps, stone walkway, fire pit, outdoor shower. Its phenomenal and absolutely blew our minds when we saw it. Chaz promised his best work and he delivered. Highly recommended!!!

Not only do we use Local Landscapers for our mowing service - which is great - but we hired them to put in a new patio and outdoor shower, and it's just gorgeous. They were prompt, professional, and just did an amazing job. We rent our home on VRBO and, as such, they needed to work around our rental schedule - which they happily did - and we had a high bar of quality, which they met. I believe the pictures speak for themselves. Can't recommend them highly enough for a project like this.

Called for a quote to provide weekly lawn care, and discussed semi landscaping maintenance, beds, trees, mulching. Operator arranged visit contract estimates within 48 hours of my request.
Thanked them for the quote and quick response. "Passed" as their estimate was double than of 3 other "local" providers.
