This company installed a walk-in cooler for a us a year ago. I called last Friday because it is not cooling and was told the earliest anyone can come is Monday. Nobody showed up to fix it. I have been told everyday that someone will be coming in a few hours. They still didnt show up today. They called a few minutes ago to tell me it will now be tomorrow before anyone can get here heard that before. I will be contacting the better business bureau!

No problem with the install, but they will not show up when suppose too and fix the problem with our unit. This is the third day of saying they will be here and again a no show! Its beyond ridiculous! And will not answer our phone calls! Literally told us they were on they way on Thursday, never showed, we called and the lady told us she lied and would not be there! Who does that!

I cant say enough about how good my experience was with Eastern Air Flow of Kentucky. From the quick response time working on my old unit when it was failing, to the ease of having the new unit installed. I feel I got a great price on a unit that my wife and I were both happy with. And I do shop around for everything. Also, they went above and beyond on the installation. The guys didnt mind me hanging around and asking questions and even seemed to enjoy talking to me. Fast and friendly service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
