Denmark Builders was formed in 2016 by two brothers and a great friend who as a team wanted to compete in the construction market in and around Keystone Heights, Fl. The founders, Jeremy Blank, and brothers Darren and Lance Denmark, each bring unique talents and experience to the team. Jeremy has been full time in the construction industry since he graduated high school in 2002 where he worked with in his family owned construction business.
Within a year he was acting as a superintendent with over 20 employees working under him in the field. He earned his Building Contractors License for the state of Florida in 2008 and his Roofing Contractors License soon after in 2009. Jeremy also runs his roofing business "Southern Exteriors" while working on Denmark Builders projects.
Darren has been in the construction industry part time since he graduated high school in 2005. He worked for Pinpoint Construction for almost 7 years while attending college. Pinpoint Construction handled many different construction projects, including new commercial and new residential construction.
