I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. They have horrible customer service. They promised me solar back in May it's now December. The installers trashed my yard, the salesman was super pushy. Their electrician ruined my outlets and now I'm still paying for something that has yet to be turned on. They show up whenever and don't give you a warning and they left the gate open and my dogs ran away. Never get solat from them! There are tons of better solar places in NM.

Waited awhile to write this review because my experience wasnt bad until the very end. My sales person Angelo was very kind and great with communication. I was looking forward to using this company but everything took a turn as things were getting finalized. Basically was quoted an amount for a roof and solar, roof was to be completed first obviously and I was waiting for this to happen and asked multiple times as to the timeframe it would be accomplished with a simple answer of the roofers will reach out. Well, this company Storm something comes out without notice letting me know they

I have nothing but good to say about working with Solar Works. They kept in touch during every step of the process, and were fast to respond when I had a question. They proactively contacted us to alert us of inspections or other needed steps. The installation team was thoroughly professional. We are now generating power - and it is a pleasure to see the numbers on my power meter go in reverse.

Ehen and the entire installation crew was awesome. Friendly and answered all our questions. Cant wait to get hooked up and save close to 1,000.00 per year. And that savings will go up as time passes since my bill will stay the same forever. An additional thank you to my sales representative Andy. Super guy and very informative. He even dropped by during installation day. Finally, the tax incentives from the State and Federal are huge, and no out of pocket to me for this system! Thank you Solar Works!
