My sliding door came with only one of the screen doors back in July. They said they couldn't find the other one in the warehouse so the manufacturer was going to make a new one. It's September and I haven't heard anything from my rep, Mike Honor. I've called him and sent him emails with no response. Absolutely unprofessional! I do to recommend working with Mike and sadly I wouldn't recommend this place to friends or family.

Wonderful service! My company had an awesome experience with DWD! We had many windows ordered and delivered and the service was amazing. Everything from the customer support to the drop off, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this company!

Ordered our doors received them damaged, we were told they would be replaced/fixed, weve called, left messages, this has been going on since December! I get that a pandemic is going on and items are back ordered and companies are no longer the same with treating costumers the same but come on!!!! Get it together! Ive left messages for Martin and hes a ghost. Not sure how management is ran here but if you plan on ordering from her hope it runs smoothly without a flaw! Maybe its that we didnt have 100k order so we arent looked at as a high priority on their agenda? Whatever

Brian, Greg and his team were extremely knowledgeable, resourceful and helpful. My wife and I are first time homeowners, this is our first time ever purchasing windows and Brian, Greg and his team were such great coaches and consultants. They really collaborated with us on making the right selection for our home and our budget. Amazing Customer Service and prices! We highly highly recommend them!

Martin and Brian were great! The customer service throughout entire process was excellent! Had a slight issue but they resolved it quickly and easily and made sure that I was satisfied. By far the easiest to work with and I would gladly recommend my friends and family.

They moved in new big building with a huge show room and they carry many different brands to choose from and a fair price
