Cotter was a tremendous help to us. Their quote was spot on. Moving day went smoothly, and Jeff & Dave are fabulous. All our furniture and artwork and sixteen years of stuff were transported safely. I highly recommend Cotter because they were kind enough to quote me twice to make certain the first estimate remained the same. And it did.

I used them for moving a whole house (furniture only) and would not recommend them at all. Almost every item they moved was scratched, dented, nicked, chipped, scraped or broken. Their price was good, but next time I'll pay a little more for quality movers.

Recently used Cotter for a local move. In terms of upfront pricing and scheduling they were very good. The quality of the actual movers was mixed. Two were excellent and two were not - dropped chairs, dinged cabinets, etc. Team lead also made it clear I was expected to tip. I would do this anyhow but didn't need the constant reminder.

A one way rental from state to state is waaaay cheaper than anywhere else. The only reason it wasn't five stars is because they didn't disclose the drop off info. You must have it dropped off at a specific time. Not date!
