Instead of spending your personal time calling around and seeing who can repair your appliance, pick up your phone to give us a call and we'll quickly send out a friendly technician to get your appliance back up and running in no time. I called in a week ago to see if someone could take a look at our Subzero fridge (it was leaking, door seal seemed to be broken).
Nobody picked up, so I sent an inquiry via their website. A couple days later, a very nice woman called me up and let me know that they could send a tech out the next day for a $60 service call. Tony came in, right on time and did a diagnostic look over.

Our repairman arrived at 9:30 am (with a window from 9-11). He was courteous, helpful, and gave a full explanation about what he was doing, how the problem originated, and how to keep it from happening again. Some people give you a good feeling instantly, and that was the case with this gentleman. I trusted him completely, and when you know nothing about refrigerators, trust is pretty important.
