We ran into a snag regarding an item I'd purchased where there was an issue with an item I'd paid for. I was not happy with the initial way in which the transaction was handled. However, Modern Resale's associate worked through the issue with me to meet my expectations. After purchasing multiple items from this business (couch & wool rug for living area), then experiencing a service after the sale that went very well overall, I would recommend this business and use them again in the future.

I have bought a number of pieces from Modern Resale over time. The owners are incredibly helpful and responsive. The furniture is in fantastic shapeor brand new. I just purchased a gorgeous wool rug that went on sale. I will continue to check out their site and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Every item at Modern Resale is STUNNING and in basically perfect condition. MY DREAM ITALIAN PIECES from classic to the unique. So much creamy leather. I wish I lived in a huge palazzo so I could buy all the Minotti and the B & B! Also, the staff is very kind and knowledgeable. A wonderful experience. 10/10 would shop here again (already stalking three more items)!
