I used Brian Allendorfer Company to replace two HVAC units in my business. I went with them after receiving quotes from two other companies. Brian Allendorfer Company's quote was the most reasonable and the staff, in my experience was the most professional. My contact was Scott who was knowledgeable, polite, and always available to answer questions and concerns. He made the experience comfortable from start to finish. I am very happy with the work that Brian Allendorfer Company provided and plan to use them again for future needs.

We first worked with Brian Allendorfer Company three years ago when we had some bad roof leaks in our condo building. We had 3 contractors come out to give us an estimate. Two of the three of the contractors said "yeah we can replace your limestone caps" you'll be all set after that. Brian went above and beyond and pointed out several issues that needed to be addressed. He immediately pointed out "Oh I bet you're leaking from here and there" , and yup he was right. The guy knows leaks. Over the next few months Brian gave our building several options for doing

They made great recommendations for tearing off and re-roofing my house. Quality was evident from the start. They were very considerate in coordinating the debris from the roof tear off and keeping our site clean at the end of each day. I love the finished product and they were very cooperative with wearing masks and abiding by current Covid protocols. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
