Sarah Mouluf is very helpful. Other sales people didn't even acknowledged us but Sarah came and asked we needed help. This happened twice and both time she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Sarah. People really do appreciate a good service.

The staff didn't always have their masks on but that's not even close to where my issue begins. We ordered 2 faucets from Moluf's and one has just been installed and will not stop leaking we've had it for less than 24 hours. Moluf's refuses to reimburse or exchange this piece for us. We have spent lots of money and time and they have woefully underwhelmed us and disappointed us with their customer service. We will never use Moluf's again and I will tell my real estate network family and friends and I urge you to shop else where

They act like they are so busy and they dont have time to answer one question there is one guy older gentleman bald head beard very very rude I just cant find anything good to say to any customer I dont deal with this company because customer service is not number one in their book or at least the guys at the front counter they may need to stir things up get some fresh meat in there someone who actually cares about customers
