I called yesterday and Poncho actually picked up. I explained what I've done to this point with no response and he said someone would call me tomorrow after their morning meeting to discuss. He gave me his cell # to text the information. I texted the info and he confirmed receipt. This is totally fine and acceptable. The next day, as promised, someone called and said they could fix the issue which was probably a bad inverter. The warranty would cover the parts but they'd charge me labor since I was not the original owner. My aunty was the original owner and I bought the house from

Awesome service from Big Andre and Derek. They showed up early, diagnosed the problem quick and had the part on hand to change out. They were in/out so I could get back to my busy workday. I was also given some troubleshooting tips in case the problem happened again. Much mahalo's Poncho's!!

Great service from technician, Andre. He was very helpful in explaining options, and my questions. He was also very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He was very responsive to my inquires. If I could give him a grade, it would be an A+

I initially had my Solar Water Heater installed in 2008, and their system has worked well for the past 13 years except for some issues with the pump, which was easily taken care of by their staff.

So far so good. They have great customer service. They reply quickly and was able to come out to give me a quote and check my house within a couple of days. Cindy has been great to work with and the install has been going along smoothly.

I needed quick service and called my uncle who recommended me to Ponchos because my grandpa many years ago used Ponchos. Wow I can say the Customer service was amazing. They were quick to help fix my parents solar water heater and the staff took care of everything. I will definitely mark them in my book and highly recommend them for my family and friends as a go to!

Had my Solar Water Heating system serviced as per the 5 year standard. The service runs $325.00 for about 20 minutes of work and approximately $55.00 or less in parts. This to me being a contractor is somewhat high. Now that I know what to do I will service the unit myself in the future. However for those that do not feel comfortable servicing their own unit be prepared to pay a high price. The service includes flushing deposits out of the water storage tank, replacing the sacrificial anode that resides with in the tank itself and change the pressure relief valve located on the roof panel.
