We had a broken door on a 3 door cooler that was broken on arrival. After speaking to a customer service rep, a repairman came in 1 hour later. Very impressed.

This is the worst Warranty company I have ever dealt with. Going forward, I will check to see who warranties the equipment before I make a purchase. If it is Nordon Inc, I will shop elsewhere.

They are awesome! Location is not correct, its on other side of oxford rd, right vehind LA FITNESS and Marriott Hotel.
