I am actually writing this review on behalf of my husband Dan and his company Gorsegner Brothers Hardwood Floors. While no business, business owner or the people representing that business are perfect and certainly can be at fault just like any other human, Dan always does his best to look at all sides of a situation and is always able to apologize or rectify a situation with a job when an occasional issue comes up. My husband and his team were very confused when the below review by Dana Marzano was left because no one could remember having ever worked for her. They looked her up in the company

This company did a large project for me about 12 years ago and their work was flawless and customer service was great. I had them back in this year to do another large project and the quality of work and customer service has fallen off considerably. I figure some of that could be the result of the covid crisis and difficulty in completing jobs in this environment, but not all of it. The workers sent to the project from phase to phase kept shifting, they caused a lot of damage to my home, glue and stain marks on walls and even the ceiling if you can believe it required that I hire painters to re

We recently used Gorsegner Brothers to re-finish the hardwood floors on the main level and upstairs in a new house we purchased in Monmouth County. While the process started off well enough, with Brittany in the office being helpful in organizing a digital estimate due to challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the rest of the process and end product fell short of our expectations.
