Poor customer service I highly recommend avoiding these scammers I had my whole AC unit replaced back in 2019 and the fan blower would not turn off I informed them that there was a problem and they never came to my home to fix the AC and continued blaming us for not answering our phones THUS far they never showed this after me going personally to the business to schedule a date and again no call no show went back for 3rd time they told me my labor warranty has expired and now have to pay in full for installation of new blower fan. They are the worst.

They installed two air conditioners incorrectly. Both have had significant issues within a month of being installed. The company does not send repair people when they're scheduled. It's impossible to get them to come out to fix the issues. We had to spend an entire holiday weekend without AC, while we had company in town. The receptionist hung up on me.

The company was good at first. However, they didn't do the job right, it's still not right, and they told me the would reimburse me for the $750.00 I had to pay to fix their poor job. Now it's 21 days later, they are avoiding my call, they are avoiding my texts, I still have no check. Avoid them at all costs. I am filing complaints with BBB and YGreene

** Beware** they do not comply with their contract. I have a 5 year service contract and they have never flush the AC lines for me. They only want to sell you UV lights and coil cleaning that you don’t need!! They will not do any regular service. In my contract it clearly says flushing the lines as well as one pound of Freon included and they do not do it. When talking to the owner he told me “I’m canceling the contract” when In reality I paid for a whole 5 years

A guy came to our home to give us an estimate for damaged unit ,
He told us that the unit is about to die if we will not handle it right a way,
giving us $1500 Quote.... I couldn't trust this guy, so I called another company..
45 minutes and $110 later and problem fix.
