Was traveling and had an oil leak issue. Took in early AM and met Lois Mitchell, the Service Manager. Explained that I was traveling and what my problem was. After explaining, she says she remembers a similar issue in 2011 with one of her customers. They inspected my vehicle and are 95% sure that is the issue.
The only problem was that it would take a couple of days to get the car in and parts ordered and we did not have that kind of time. Fortunately, she say it is not a "fix now" issue and to just keep putting in oil then fix when you get home. She printed out the parts list and cost and said don't let someone do anything else.
I had to call her back to get some clarification and to set my local mechanic straight on what needed to be done. Both times she remembered me and was very gracious in helping. She has been doing her job since 1983 and knows her stuff. I would take my car there in a heart beat if it was closer to my home town of Wichita, KS.
