Wonderful, easy experience with Manns. Thank you!!! They got back to me right away, scheduled the carpet cleaning for the exact time that suited our needs, and gave me an estimate before the visit. Day of: Harrison was incredibly polite and very professional. He wrote up an exact cost based on our square footage and the treatment- which I agreed to prior to the service being performed. I didnt expect that but I loved it! NO SURPRISES! I asked Eric to clean some upholstery which had a smoke odor from a visitor. Not only did he advise me how to remove the order myself with a simple household solution, Eric advised me of a way to remove stains from my cat's fur balls without leaving a residue in my carpet. We also talked about he will clean carpet without leaving a residue which later dulls the carpet. He didn't even charge me for the visit! Fabulous!! When I am ready to clean my oriental rugs or whole house carpet, I will DEFINITELY call Mann's.
