A couple of weeks ago I was drawing a bath for my kids and realized the water had gotten cold fairly quickly. I figured it was the mixing valve by the boiler but after speaking to Kevin at Wyman the next day I learned that it was the hot water coil in my 20 year old boiler. I was given the option to replace the coil but Kevin suggested adding an indirect hot water heater to my boiler. The advantage being that if my boiler goes belly up next year I can still use the hot water heater with a new boiler. During that 5 minute conversation with Kevin he gave me a rough quote. Sunday morning we awoke to no heat or hot water. Wyman installed our furnace 2 years ago and quickly determined the problem using the error code. Due to supply chain issues they were unable to get the needed part until Monday. They located the part in Willimantic and had the furnace up and running by Monday afternoon, just prior to overnight temperature dip into the 20s. Thank you to Kevin, Austin and the entire Wyman team for their care and understanding.

In Oct 2020 the fuel man showed up to deliver fuel oil. I asked him to top up the tank and to add the additive so the oil doesn't gel (I have an outside tank), and he said ok. Jan 30, 2021 I awoke to no heat. I looked back on my invoice from Wyman and saw I was never charged for the additive. Yes, my fault for not checking this when the oil was delivered. I ran to Home Depot and added the additive then called Wyman for emergency service. I mentioned that I had asked for the additive and the service tech said he can't say whether it was added or not, but it would be a $120 for him to come out. Scott

We have used the company before. On the 12/26/2020, I called for a problem with the Heating system, they showed up fast, the worker was nice and polite, he changed the thermostat. They charged $125.00 for the call, and I am fine with that. But they charged me $ 175.00 for the thermostat ( actual price $38.50. the job was done in 15 minutes).I called for questions, the Manager was very rues, not nice, and not professional!!! I will never talk to that Person ever. Wat a shame for such a good company!!!

Recommended via Angies list for Install / Repair thermostat and came out and said that I just needed to go grab a new one and install myself. Could not get it to work and called back and was then told that they do not work with electric for baseboard heat and I needed to call an electrician. Was charged a service fee , but ended up being refunded half. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, but I did mention to the first person I spoke to that it was electric heat and they still scheduled an appointment and I am still without heat. If you need work for a thermostat for electric heat do not contact them

This service was called for an annual maintenance on a gas boiler. The unit was running fine I was doing my due diligence for the winter. Service was performed professionally up to the point of booking, sending someone in (basically until they got me as a costumer). I requested the company to call me during my initial appointment after the service is done to update me on their recommendations (I am landlord on this single-family house). They agreed but I NEVER heard back. My tenant who was there when the service was done told me the service man said the unit is in good condition but does recommend
