Lawn Care
NuLeaf's comprehensive lawn care program nurtures lawns from soil to blade using science-based methods. Certified agronomists analyze soil samples to create customized fertilization plans that improve root strength and grass resilience. Our approach combines organic-based products with traditional solutions to produce healthy, sustainable turf while maintaining environmental responsibility through the Virginia Green & Clean Initiative.
Plant Health Care
Our plant health care program protects ornamental trees and shrubs through a 7-visit annual system. Certified technicians apply horticultural oils, systemic insecticides, and fungicides while monitoring plant health year-round. The service includes winter anti-desiccants and soil conditioners to maintain vibrant landscapes while protecting beneficial insects and surrounding ecosystems.
Mosquito Control
NuLeaf offers organic and naturally derived mosquito control solutions using USDA-certified ingredients. Our 9-visit seasonal program targets breeding areas with rosemary oil and pyrethrin-based treatments while preserving beneficial insects. The service includes property inspections, targeted applications, and customer education to reduce mosquito populations and prevent disease transmission.
Aeration & Seeding
This seasonal service combats soil compaction through core aeration followed by overseeding with premium grass blends. The process improves water absorption, reduces thatch buildup, and enhances root development. Technicians use specialized equipment to create optimal seed-to-soil contact, with follow-up care instructions to maximize germination success in Northern Virginia's clay-heavy soils.
Spotted Lanternfly Control
Our specialized program targets spotted lanternfly infestations through egg mass inspections and targeted treatments. Certified technicians use low-impact insecticides to control adult populations while protecting beneficial species. The fall-focused service disrupts breeding cycles through comprehensive property inspections and treatment of tree trunks and hard surfaces where egg masses develop.

NuLeaf was able to fix my yard with one visit. My yard looked terrible, they came on Oct 1st this past fall and did aeration and seeding. By the time they came for the next treatment on Nov 1st, it already looked amazing. Absolutely effective solution. I have the greenest lawn on my street this winter. It looks like a summer lawn (minus the recent snow on it). I recommend this company to anyone looking to improve their lawn. I could not be happier.

NuLeaf has been taking care of my lawn for years now. Couldnt be happier. Before I hired them, my Bermuda grass was out of control. Glad I got the year round program. Weeds are now in control and my lawn couldnt be greener.

Despite the threat of rain, the NuLeaf technician, Mr. Hill, arrived as expected, and was happy to give special attention to certain areas that needed extra weed control. He also explained what services remain to be performed during the remaining two months of the 2021 season. We continue to be impressed by the personalized and competent manner by which NuLeaf has been caring for our lawn -- which has never looked better.

We have used NuLeaf for the last several years for disease control in our lawn. We contract once in the spring. Then they advise us the day before they come out, the efficiently and effectively spray our lawn to control humidity produced diseases and put up signs showing that work has been done. This is especially helpful because we have children next door and do not want them exposed to the chemicals.

NuLeaf came today to apply fungicides to trees and plants. The staff and owners are really grate. I've tried so many companies before who start out good, but then go downhill. NuLeaf's people are professional, knowledgeable and always helpful. AND they're more reasonably priced than so many other companies. I will stay with them.
