I delayed repairs because I thought it would be expensive. The TV wouldn't power up even though the power light was on. I read several Austin-area reviews and heard good things about Dean. I left him a message and he promptly responded. He was able to come out to my home the next day. We pulled the TV off the wall, opened up the back panel and immediately identified that 4 capacitors had gone bad.
