‘Wow.’ That is what my son said after he saw the new room.
Landrum Construction is fantastic. There was constant communication. There was high quality people doing high quality work. They take changes in stride and stick to budget. They take an idea and create it even better than others imagined. I can’t say enough positive about Landrum Construction. What speaks is that this is my second time working with them and there will be a third. I guess the best possible review of our built in, fireplace and hard wood floors comes from my otherwise “unimpressed with much”

First of all let me start by saying this. The people that gave a bad review must be out of their mind. Randy built our house for us. He went above and beyond for us. He work countless hours with us and on our house. He and his wife are the most pleasant friendliest people I have ever met. 2 words can describe this builder honest and friendly!! On top of that the quality of our home is outstanding!!! The attention to detail that was taken by Randy was phenomenal! We have had compliment after compliment about our house. If we happened to have anything that needed fixed or touched up Randy had it

I have worked with Randy for 30 plus years professionally and personally. He's installed the interior trim and doors for all of my personal projects along with numerous custom built-in's. He works for multiple custom builders in Northern Kentucky and is always their go to person for interior trim.

They were highly recommended to us for work on our custom home. They came in and installed the windows and doors in a very timely manner, cleaned up their area and we couldnt be happier with the workmanship and quality.
