I have an incomplete door project that I have been waiting for over 2 months to get resolved. I have called them at least 10 times and I cannot get my issue escalated and resolved. This is how they left it.

The crew from San Marcos Iron Doors San Antonio did an amazing job installing our rails! Mario and his crew are very professional and do high quality, excellent work. Even though the rail measurements were off, they totally took care of it. We needed help with the paint understanding the difference between copper and bronze and Kain, a manager and very professional and helpful, took care of it as he sent Carlos to paint the rails. He also was very professional and very good at what he does. The rails look REALLY GOOD! We will continue working with this company as we finish remodeling and as we

Run away from this company. Bought a door from them. When the door and crew arrived for installation the door looked awful; dented and rusty. I refused delivery and asked for the owner. Owner arrived and stated that they would fix the door and it would look great. When I asked what happens in a few years when it rusts again and the dents reappear after the spackling cracks or falls off. He said not to worry, if that happens, which it wont, we stand by our products and will fix it. Well, it happened. Multiple calls and visits by my wife and myself have resulted in their refusal to stand

San Marcos Iron Doors are truly professional. The iron door that they custom designed for our home is beyond expectations. They are professional in their approach at every stage of the process, from measurement to installation to follow up. They are the only home improvement contractor that we have used for which we can say we are totally satisfied with the service, product and price. While it might take slightly longer to get your custom door built and installed, overall it is well worth the wait. Their production tracking system allows you to follow each stage of the production process. This

We sent them a rough design, and they created a stunning set of double doors for our home entry. The time it took to make them was nominal. The quality surpassed our expectations. Communication was timely. The installation was quick, clean and flawless. Everyone who sees our doors says, "Wow!" Well worth the price.

Becky Bednorz was a terrific rep -- did a great job going over options and accurately measuring to ensure the new door fit properly. She also stayed connected with us to keep us updated on the status. Installation team was also very professional -- 2 day job, very well done and cleaned up the site before they left.
