Smith Heating & Cooling helped us in our hour of need. 90 plus degree day and the AC stops working in my home. The other "big" services in London told me I was looking at around a week long wait, Smith H&C said they'd work me in if they could the day I called. Happily, the technician called near the end of the day and said he was on his way. He told me step by step what he was doing and making sure I was ok with the cost of the next thing he had to replace. I'd recommend them to anyone and was extremely happy with the whole experience.

Thank you for recommending Smith heating and air! The guy who came out was super nice and knowledgeable and even cleaned the coils on our unit and straightened it back up where it was sliding off the pad! And that's why I recommend Smith to anyone who asks me about AC or heating issues.

A++ service. Very clean, professional and comfortable. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. Informative with every process along the way. I would recommend their service to anyone. Prior to having a new system installed, they were the ONLY service company that was ever available when something went wrong on the 15yr old system.

Forgive me for not remembering names, but I
believe the techs name is James was very friendly and professional. We had a thermostat to install and he pointed out differences between what we had purchased
and what he had, both were same brand. We are very satisfied with service so far.
