When our company signed up an LOI, right from that time, we got a good project timelines and a not to exceed budget. After that 12 Gauge project manager and superintendent were very professional and stuck to the timeline. Project was completed on time. Their sub-contractors were very respectful of our business. I would definitely recommend these people for remodeling, new construction and renovation projects

I will be short. 12 Gauge knows what they do. Their project was completed on time. Work was professional. We had a roof leak issue that was not even in the scope of their work but they gave a reasonable estimate and completed the roof resealing project in the same timeline. Their tiling work was very meticulous. Large or small job. They will deliver

We have hired many general contractors over many years but I was referred to 12 Gauge Construction. They know what they are doing. First I received a contract which had a scope of work. Then the superintendent contacted me. He used to come very often and never left without reviewing the work with either myself or my manager. They completed the work about 2 weeks before our opening. Overall loved their professionalism and pricing.

12 Gauge has built several projects for me, including an addition to my house, and a renovation of my office. They are well organized, and run a clean job site. The quality of their work is extremely high.
