We are currently building own home and Cody has been instrumental in helping us with the details and building assembly options. I sent in my plans and the red lines returned were quite helpful. He helped to design the ventilation systems as well as help with many details and assemblies to consider with my budget.
Cody and Lisa's experience with building passive houses enables them to know what works, what doesn't, and what levels of insulation / air tightness, etc. need to be at to build a superior home. I highly recommend Cody, Lisa and Mainstream Corporation for all of your design and build

Definitely exceeded my expectations!! Cody was an excellent resource from concept through commissioning. He has been easily accessible via phone and email and I needed that since I installed the system myself. He is an easy guy to work with and is a true expert on the topic. The Zehnder equipment and accessories are extremely high quality. The ERV has dramatically improved the air quality in our home. We don't wake up congested any more, smells dissipate quickly and even our radon levels have dropped. Working with Mainstream to design, purchase and install the ERV system was an excellent decision
