We had an issue with our Fridge, and a person came to evaluate. They claimed that we needed a new compressor. They looked at our Washer and Dryer, and the recommendation was get new ones. The owner called me and said they could not install the compressor due to someone being out. So we paid $120 visit for inaccurate assessment of our appliances. The fridge was fixed by another company for $250 as it was the converter to the compressor which is an electronic component. Fridge is working 100% fine without replacing a compressor for over $800-$1000. Washer and Dryer, fixed for $50 and no issues any

They came out to service our broken dryer. The repairman diagnosed the issue & ordered a replacement part that we paid for which was supposed to arrive within 3 business days. Its been over a week and we call and just get a recording. Theres no way to leave a message. Left wondering when they are getting back to us, if ever. Maybe they had a emergency?
