Noel Painting painted a Chase Bank in Sanibel Island Florida for ABI Companies, Inc and never received final payment for retention and for a change order that was completed. We have tried to contact several people at ABI for a whole year trying to resolve this issue but still didn't receive payment. Unfortunately we have to make this issue public hoping that other companies don't see themselves in the same situation in the future.
