Beware of this company. Would not recommend them at all. Their performance from start to finish was way below par from high quotes (50-100% higher) measurements of the countertops to installation follow up;did not asked about my preference for clearance on the sink. Leaving a noticeable lip over the sink; improper installation of sink, breakfast bar and unpolished edges, lack of caulking and followup on repairs did not rectify the poor workmanship after two return visits and failed to return calls. Failed to deal in good faith on pricing from start to finish.

Horrible! 1st delivery date was cancelled, no call. Rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Called that morning to make sure they were coming. Again, no show and no call! I am so disgusted with this company!

I took my mother to Bath, Kitchen, & Tile at her contractor's suggestion. We were able to schedule an appointment with Christina and she took us to see a selection of granite countertops. Christina was very friendly and knowledgeable and there was a huge selection. My mother made her selection and Christina will communicate her choice to the contractor. We were both very please with the experience and the showroom and selection is all beautiful.

I walk into the Bath, Kitchen & Tile Center and was welcomed by Crystal. I drew a picture of our kitchen in our previous house. Then I drew a picture of our existing kitchen, and she knew exactly what was needed. My husband and I went in and selected the cabinets, countertops, tile, and floor. We explained our needs, and with her knowledge of the products we quickly put it all together. We setup an appointment for her to come to the house. Everything was measured and within a few days she had a floor plan. We tweeted a few things (she wanted it to make sure it was what we wanted), and we

Jane, Ashley, and Crystal are very knowledgeable about cabinets and tile. I found each saleslady to be very friendly, courteous and caring. These ladies go above and beyond to achieve the look for your home. They listen well to needs and concerns. I highly recommend stopping in to view the merchandise and discuss creating your dream kitchen, bath or other area in your home that you're looking to decorate. You won't be disappointed as this store offers all price points.
