The stucco remediation project experience has taught the importance of proper flashing and correct installation, and I have seen strengths and weaknesses of both the proper and improper flashing jobs as we remediated on the projects. Had Maple Crest Construction replace our old deck with some new composite (fiberon) decking. Junior was great throughout the project, always responsive to my questions and progress of the job. We now have a beautiful and usable deck to spend time on, would highly recommend. I will take and add some pics of the completed work.
