Report
We have used AMA for each house we were in while we lived in Tucson. We also had them do an extra termite inspection for the purchase of a house, and they have maintained our monthly service at all of our houses here. We had nothing but exceptional service, and mostly importantly we never had an issue with bugs, which is extremely important here in AZ. One thing I like about this company is that for each of my houses I had the same person servicing my house so I knew who to expect each month. It is good ole fashion customer service where you know your monthly pest guy. I lived at a couple different

I've worked with Adam for about 7 years. He is responsive, thorough and very, very professional. I trust Adam and his evaluations and WIRs enough to employ him for treatment or inspections at my own home. There's a great deal of trust and responsibility when an owner is employed to do a job. Their livelihood is on the line...not someone else's. Adam's reports are submitted by COB the same day of inspection. If there are any questions, he answers them with the same patience that someone would answer for the first time. He is accessible to all buyers and sellers and is willing to go back to a property
