If you Google this company and particularly the swindle and cheat of an owner then still decide to do business with them you deserve to lose your money and get cheated like multiple others have. Stay away, very, very far away!

Be careful!!! I never leave reviews but after my experience with this company and its Owner Dale Lands I felt obligated to let people know. They try to over bill you, make up bogus charges, offer no written explanation for billing, they make up repairs that do not exist and try to charge you for them with no proof. Then threaten you with a lawsuit and lien against your property if you do not agree to pay. Don't return calls or emails. The list goes on and on.

Total Construction was suppose to fix some siding on my house after Hurricane Florence. Were talking about a 8 x 12 ft section. They let it sit & rain in the side of my house for 5 months. Their reasoning was because they couldnt match the siding. They have a total home center but couldnt match the siding. I hired someone else & had it fixed in one week. I shouldve known something was up when Tom came out the first time & didnt even have a tape measure & was trying to measure the missing siding by walking off steps. Please be very aware of this company. Im not sure why theyre
